The Reigning Champions: FC Lorient
FC Lorient has been the dominant force in the competition, winning four consecutive championships between 2021 and 2024. This season, they aim to make it five in a row with the return of LJR Peixoto, who rejoins the club alongside long-time standout Fouma. The duo will look to continue Lorient's legacy of winning.

The eLigue 1 McDonalds will maintain the same format as previous years:
League Format
The tournament begins with 11 teams competing for six qualification spots in the group stage.
The league will span 11 rounds, with the top two teams earning automatic qualification to the semi-finals.
The remaining four teams will face off in the quarter-finals, played in a best of five series.
Finals Format
The final two teams will compete in a best of seven series, with the winner crowned eLigue 1 McDonalds Champion.
Prize Pool
The eLigue 1 McDonalds boasts a substantial prize pool of $60,000, with the following breakdown:
Winner: $30,000
Runner Up: $15,000
2 semi-finalists: $7,500
