The 2024/25 LALIGA FC Pro season has officially returned, bringing together Spain’s biggest football clubs and an elite roster of EA SPORTS FC™ players as they battle for the title of best player in the country.
Now entering its seventh year, LALIGA FC Pro has established itself as one of the premier esports competitions, with many of the sport’s greatest players gracing its stage. Last season, nicolas99fc cemented his legacy by adding the LALIGA FC Pro Championship to his extensive list of achievements.
Prize Pool
EA SPORTS FC™ players competing in this year’s LALIGA FC Pro will be battling not only for glory but also for a share of a massive $357,000 prize pool. Here’s the breakdown of earnings based on their final placement:
Competition structure
The season is split into three stages, culminating in the LALIGA FC Pro Finals. Here’s how it works:
Regular Season (Group Stage)
38 clubs split into will be split into eight groups, with six groups being split into groups of five clubs and two groups of four clubs. By using a 1v1 Round Robin format, each club will play against every club in their group twice.
24 players will advance through to the LALIGA FC Cup and Finals, with both competitions taking place under a single-elimination bracket.
LALIGA FC Pro Cup
24 clubs will advance through to the LALIGA FC Pro Cup, with the Top 3 from each group qualifying for the next round. The Top 2 and Top 3 teams will play an additional round against each other, with the winner facing the top teams in the Round of 16.
LALIGA FC Pro Finals
16 clubs will advance to the LALIGA FC Pro Finals, with the clubs who reached the Round of 16 of the LALIGA FC Pro Cup qualifying for the final stage. The bracket will be determined by the club's performance during the cup
